Combined they would have some of the best tenements in Southern Africa.
The economics of the Kariba valley projects would be greatly increased. EVE has 1 resource with about 4 more historical targets in Kariba and OMC has 2 resources currently with another 5 in the Kariba valley. The distance between EVE and OMC's tenements is short it doesn't make sense to have two processing plants in the Kariba valley. Perhaps EVE will come to some sort of arrangement with OMC for processing of ore for a fee.
OMC has tenements in Mozambique and the interest in Mantra in Tanzania and EVE has Botswana and Malawi also.
