Fellow Shareholders,

At last count, three management level employees quit Vallenar Iron Company. The termination terms for these three employees is stated in the annual report. A furthere eight Vallenar Iron employees have been dismissed this month and it is reasaonable to assume that these eight employees will also have termination benefits that Ady will have to fund.

Shareholders should realize that this could be a significant cost to Ady thus constituting a material event and could have an adverse affect on Ady's ability to conduct its business in Chile. Ady has chosen to keep this under wraps and has said nothing to the shareholders on this matter.

Maybe Ady has been given Devine approval to re-write the Australian Coroprations Act to suit its own purposes!! It seems that what ever questions are put by the shareholders to Ady, the shareholders are ignored, fed a pile of BS or told its none of our business. Seems like we brought shares in the CIA rather than in a mining company.( information provided on a need to know basis only)

We have to put our trust in that ASIC will do its job.
