    IMHO perhaps ASIC should look into the share trading that has taken place in recently. A lot of share trading has taken place ever since ADY announced they had signed a deal with Icarus. The promoters of this deal would certainly want to ensure that they had enough shareholders votes to facilitate shareholder approval (no matter how risky the deal is for ADY and the shareholders.

    Lets follow keithsmum's lead and keep up the pressure for ASIC to do a complete and detailed investigation of all mattters related to this deal.
