If the Mozambique government want us there to develop Ancuabe it seems a strange way to treat us in not renewing the Nicanda license. What sort of 'partner' does that? How much confidence does it give us staying there for Ancuabe? How much can we now trust the Mozambique government. Doing business with these African countries is like a game of Russian roulette.
