I would believe the following 2 events should be investigated
1. when news of the price sensitive no dam build in 2020 was release on hotcopper. and DE continued to liaise with shareholders while shares were being traded
2. whether Triton has exchanged any money with a Jinan company. I believe they have. there is a Chinese website noting TON is paying a Jinan company. I believe if am asx company has a major agreement with a 30% shareholder this is a related party transaction that has to be reported.
