ASX Listing rule 3.1 states that, "Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information."

Has Acclaim Exploration met the requirements?

The only assay results from the eight hole program was released on 25/8/10 - 36.6g/t Au and 0.2407 kg/t Uranium over 0.29m

Later that year, in the Q4 2010 activities report, the company states, "the results to date [from the first four holes] are regarded as significant in the search for potentially payable Elsburg reefs..."

Three months later the company announces, "..that the results to date do not warrant further capital being invested."

So what changed in the last three months?

Did the company wait until they had issued 12,500,000 Shares and options on 18/2/11 in lieu of the cash component for the provision of technical, geological and property consulting services on the Nacimiento Copper Uranium Project? I wonder if AEX disclosed to them that they were intending to terminate the Mangalisa project? It would be interesting to speak to these contractors. Anybody know how to find out who they are?
