The Pirates have not announced audited results yet, and since the auditor needs to be present at the AGM this has delayed the calling of the AGM.
Now that there is no longer any doubt in anyone's mind as to what's really going here, I'd be surprised if they can find any auditor willing to sign off on the annual report let alone subsequently attend the AGM. The last auditor looked terrified at the last AGM; the next AGM (if it ever goes ahead) will be even more intense. I think the Pirates will avoid holding an AGM all together. If they are forced to call an AGM this year they will most likely try and schedule it for the Christmas period so that less shareholders will be inclined to attend.
