I was just talking to a friend the other day who mentioned Christopher Skase and what a crook he was...I know see him in a different light. I now see him as one of the ones who got caught with their hand in the till- unlike the jokers running CMR, who are profiteering shamelessly from our losses with not a sniffer dog on their trail. I think ASIC should order CMR to make an in specie distribution to all shareholders proportional to their holding before FH, GT and YG make off with any remaining cash. Either that or direct it to invest the money in a term deposit controlled by ASIC pending relisting.
What is to stop a major shareholder from being nominated as CEO? That could be quite interesting!
