    I have posted before on this very issue before and expressed my frustration at managements' interruption of the rules.

    I will however say this, they have gone unusually quiet. And my previous observation is they always go quietest just before something big happens (Sojitz last time).

    I'm not happy with it, no, but history gives me confidence something big will be announced soon.
