    Continuous disclosure requirements - see ASX - Immediate notice of material information - 3.1
    Dixon and the other directors of Medigard have been knowingly breaking this ASX requirement for some time now, and the question needs to asked, should they be reported, and be banned from being directors of public companies. The hundreds of long term Medigard shareholders deserve better /more honest management than this. This situation has come about because of the unsettled plagiarism case.
