Interested to see what people in the forum think/know about Syrah's continuous disclosure obligations regarding the Ford/SK On and LGES MOUs? Reading through the ASX guidance note it seems they are ok because the negotiations would appear (?) to be incomplete. However there is enough haziness in the guidance to suggest Syr could have a disclosure obligation given both MOUs talk about using 'commercially reasonable efforts to finalise' an offtake by 31st Dec 2022.
Regardless I would have thought some form of market update on negotiations is warranted, even if it was just 'we need more time' notification. Whilst I really believe in the company their investor relations/marketing to investors has always been pretty ordinary.
