Thanks for the correction James. I have noted previously that the smaller awards are a bit questionable anyway… like when NED won best Aus whisky at a Melbourne based awards and TSI are based in Melbourne…mmmmm… funny that. My comment should have been in relation to the IWSC, but the popularity contest awards don’t hurt either. It is all good publicity and free marketing. Gives them another opportunity to post on FB and IG and lil their website.
