much will depend on the June 9th deal

clearly BQT do not have the funds to go forward after roughly November.

i doubt raising $1 million would be an issue either,in fact i would say Genner simply has to make one phone call.

But this will depend on the $9.5 million.

If BQT get this no later then say October 1.....they do not need any cash at all.

My own view which i stated earlier today is i see the deal closing on September 1.

If this is correct......funds will be the last thing BQT need in the short term.
