Structured and timed to perfection indeed. The valuation provided or at least confirmed a lot of what we are anticipating so it's really just a matter of waiting. I think most developments will be actually come in February now.
As for management changes, not sure what exactly is happening behind the scenes as we have had simply no news but judging from one of Rupert's previous posts we may have some big coal fish wanting to join the pool party....due to no ann suggest management changes are yet to be resolved.
