I got this from ene;
The Western Australian Government has indicated it intend to make a
decision on the preferred tendered on Monday 15th September 2003. It is
our expectation that Energy Developments and the other tenderer will be
informed on that day as to which party is the preferred tenderer, and
negotiations will then begin in relation to the contracts. We would
currently expect to make the announcement on the results of the tender on
Monday.
