contract for sale of coldry coal pellets

The Chairman of Environmental Clean Technologies Ltd (ASX:ESI), Mr Murray d’Almeida, and the
Managing Director, Mr Con Galtos, announced today that the company has executed an agreement
with Indian company, Abhijeet Infrastructure Limited, for the company to sell Coldry coal pellets to
Abhijeet, commencing in late 2009.
The agreement is conditional upon the completion of due diligence investigations by both parties, the
negotiation of a service agreement, and the company securing sufficient coal resources.

This sounds like a positive ann but i guess will have to wait a month or two before DD is over and greater substance is released before overall meaning starts to take shape. I hold for now.
