Thoughts on DYL contracting to their current J/V partner on the Nova project with JOGMEC (Japan metals and energy). Is it possible they pay upfront to get some pounds secured? That Barking Geeko project seems a long way off (if at all) so maybe get some pounds with a known JV partner and hopefully screw the shorts..?
