    Ding's China consortium evidently likes the compelling economics of the feasibility study before making such a substantial investment.

    The Chinese regulators and consortium big guns who study the ROI and numerous long term metrics will only take the plunge after establishing the path delivering the biggest bang for the buck.

    Congrats to Ding and ANS as the stone laying must also be imminent.
