The ANS Bestway China infrastructure consortium wouldn't have gone all the way to Africa to sign a legally binding project agreement (after months of key Cameroon governmental and parliamentary milestone steps one after another)...in a high profile solemn ceremony in Yaounde (with the attendance of the Congo Mines minister also acting in the capacity of President Denis Nguesso's personal emissary) if there wasn't a rock solid in principle agreement of funding from China.
