No certaintie in life outside of death and taxes, but last tiime I looked both parties were in violent agreement and mumping over each other to get the paper work signed.
It takes time and xmas may get in the road, but I think the dealis as good as done.
Then watch QHL's performance as it uses that deal to lock in more work.
Shuold be a good year 2011.
