Depends what the news is!
If no loss of license and contractual arrangement stays the same I believe on that news alone should get to 70-80cents in a neutral/bull market! After that with the TSX listing and resource estimate if no announcement from either before DRC ruling much much higher.
If market stays sane next year can't see why we won't see around $2.
