Can almost guarentee someone will back Kipoi. Just to good and too cheap at the moment.

I think it is fairly clear the project is safe from a license issue. However timing of official response - well who knows. Some of the big boys have forced the govt to make there intentions clear eg Freeport. The Govt desparately needs cash and these projects to proceed so may be a relatively quick decision. No doubt the next round of Aid will be tied in with guarentees of upholding rule of law and governance etc.

I agree the oppies are at risk - but as posted before given so much is held by management, you can bet they would be doing everything possible to move them into the money.

As for 'gone no where'. I am convinced he is a professional downramper. His multiple nics and dogged detirmination to keep posting a message even in the face of multiple suspension give it away. Anyone that manic would not be able to type. Intriguing question is why ? and is he working for himself ?
