Very interesting figures. Oil will surge over the next decade as demand outstrips supply or as the commodity cycle plays out. It's the same thing that repeats time after time.
I'd suggest the market knows these companies are going to start exploring again which is why wor, Dow, nwh, Mnd, etc, are surging.
I'm going to tip $300 a barrel by the end of this cycle
