Pearl's wont be launched until 2019 as to my understanding.

If we look at the 3 diamonds, the CDR (Critical Design Review) was completed in September and construction completed in late January the following year. That's a good 6months to construct 3 nanosats.

Pearls completed CDR only a few weeks ago, for construction of x20 I would anticipate launch late Q1 2019.
