in possibly the least surprising turn of events this year, it seems most of the $5mil raised for malta by investors 14 months ago 'to establish.. production and cultivation facility in malta... and general working capital...' was overwhelmingly and unfortunately earmarked for the latter. general working capital. you know, 14 months of wages and stuff. the $5mill added by cr was actually gone by march.
