Our top geo is obviously part of the inner circle. Now they have to be very careful of what they say, else it may come back to bite them and hence they are always conservative in what they say.
Now to say something like 75% COS is a big statement. Yes I know, it's the 25% that we have to worry about! But I am encouraged by his confidence.
