Hey there Mike,
Then there was also that proviso of COP-underwitten indemnification of WPL. The language of that was very vague, and later that indemnification was either withdrawn by COP, or it expired. I never was clear on any of that business, and it has received minimal attention in the media, in the pressos, and on the board. It has always been gnawing-away at what little grey matter remains in my skull. But it begs the questions: Indemnification from what? Why would WPL need indemnification? Why would it then be withdrawn when things did not go off smoothly?
Anybody have any insight on this?
