Spot on indemnification from COP yes, why was that necessary and why was it lifted without an explanation good question. The asset was supposed to be handed over by September / November last year otherwise WPL would just walk. Here we are over one year down the track and no end in sight and still no walk only talk.
Talk of operatorship in development between Cairn and WPL as if it's all a forgone conclusion how it's all going to be resolved, but the deal still remains unapproved.
All because our little FAR refuse to be railroaded by their so called JV partners.
To those that continually down this stock without justification for whatever their reasons we were all warned of your tactics over a year ago.
Don't worry guys, there will be justice and FAR deserve their day in court.
