The process of becoming a 'participant' is the entire issue FAR have. There was a clearly defined and agreed upon process - FAR don't believe that was followed. Conco/Woodside do. The arbitration will make the final ruling. I personally think FAR have a good chance, however, they're up against two very big companies with good legal teams behind them. We will have to wait and see.
