Cop Senegal BV sale is completed,legally ticking all the boxes in the PSC and Petroleum Code.
WPL are here to stay.
Cop may have to pay Far compensation for maybe not notifing Far in the correct manner,which is what the court case is all about.
Cop are quite entitled to sell the BV arm to WPL if sale ticks all Senegal govt boxes,which it has done.
Cop put a monetary value to the sale,the rest of the transaction is confidential between the 2 Parties involved.
