After the 60 days its accepted by even the biggest ramper that that's the case being the norm.
Why did WPL 6 months?
Well they are a much bigger company than FAR so they had no reason.
What you think the reason was is just your opinion and really has no basis as its pretty far fetched.
What FAR says is not gospel by the way as its FAR who seems to think they need government approval or either they do not recognise the word participation.
The egg being unscrambled is hardly a moot point as its an admission of what's ahead.
As for the Trace stuff Trace really need what was promised which so far is not forth coming.
As for the last point maybe they haven't yet.
