Err wait up there Cujo.......no basis??
If as most here believe the gov said nothing in the 60 day window meant the deal was passed then why on earth 8 months later WPL feel the sudden need to have obviously sought clarification from the gov. and put out a release in a price sensitive announcement no less, outlining the gov position??
I think that forms a very good basis that WPL were not certain at all of their ground and sought some reassurance from the gov. 24 Billion dollar companies just ignore everyone unless they have no choice. AIMO DB
