Operatorship has always been planned to be transfered to WPL in the development phase , that may be because CNE didn't want it, or more likely IMO because the right transfered with the 35% as agreed to when COP farmed in .

Obviously if PE goes against WPL that situation could change, depending on the type of outcome, in the meantime planning for it will still go on but nothing can be finalised as the title is still in COP's hands not WPL's , now its indirectly in the arbitrators hands...in the meantime its business as usual for the JV partners untill found otherwise, everything done by WPL and CNE will be with the assumption nothing will change just without the guarantee...
