The article has a strong resemblance to the theme/s followed in Hotcopper posts.

Will be very interesting for Bill (and shareholders) when he actually comes face to face with Government Review Panel who have until now been throwing hand grenades and lying low (hiding?) in the trenches.

Hopefully imposts proposed for Anvil will be modified - some abolished some softened.

The $150 million seems to me to be the major concern.
There may be other consequences that those more analytical might consider very serious too.

Would prefer the proposed $150 million impost be abolished.
Failing that sort of justice then reduced and paid for over a period of 20 years.
Would be beneficial for both parties if the payment was made over a long period.

On the brighter side Anvil share price climbed steadily to end at the equivalent of AU$15.00 last night.

The damage to share price has been evident for some time now.
The conclusion of negotiation should see a reasonable recovery.
That is why I have posted now is a buying opportunity.
