    For me there is one big positive in the following article & this is that the appeals process will be conducted by a task force of four senior DRC govt ministers - I'm sure I'd read previously that it would go to a panel of some 30 individuals of varying backgrounds & persuasions.
    Knowing BT's influence in the corridors of power in the DRC govt, I'd be guessing that the current proposed terms of the review will be substantially improved upon during the appeals process.
