Just a note of caution on GET futures. I dont know if they've improved but this was a real mickey mouse setup where the orders were relayed to their operator who then manually placed the order. ie. They werent straight through to the market which is essential these days. I lost heaps in one trade on the CAC because of a two minute delay in execution even though the platform showed it had gone through. They offered a refund but cheque must have been lost in the mail. If you trade futures then IB is unrivalled in terms of cost and reliability imo.
