futures and real cost of dealing in cfd's I position trade the SPi futures contract.

Initial margin on 1 contract is $2200 which exposes you to approx. 100 K of XJO.

Bro in and out total is $40 plus $4 GST.
(less bro with more contracts)

My trading account pays about 1.5 % on funds in there.

So for about 5K (so u don't get margin call hassles) i can do 100K trade - long or short and it only costs me a TOTAL of $44.00

Seems ok to me ...
