The july 2016 was a biggie multiyear one.
We dont know how much of these revenue is booked for 2016 result. So, growth wise, and revenue wise,these revenue should push up the revenue stream.
I suppose company cant shown concrete revenue as  the contract for Enroute Computer Solutions for FAA SE2025 has just been sign and they got to sort out the timeline for when, who and what  Anyway at least the pe is reasonable for a growth stock.
