Starting some 10 weeks ago, i commented a few of times on the AAX thread that: imo AAX SP was drifting and would continue falling until new contracts were announced. One reader asked if i had inside info... lol. I was simply stating the obvious. Contractors have overheads and massive capital tied-up in machinary, which if unused, drains away the bottom line. AAX has since tanked and holders hammered.
MAH needs about $100million worth of new work announced each month. The first 4 months of 2010 were oustanding with 7 large wins, but nothing since 04/05. I'm hoping a new win is not too far away. Do i think it's likely? Def. MAH has the ability to consistantly win tenders and its improved methodoly and risk aversion now means margins have improved despite intense competition.
