subi, i'd say that off take agreements will be part of the financing so maybe we might get something over the next 6 to 9 months, unless the Japs are that desparate and want to secure some further supply in addition to LYC's. The we might get some sort of agreement in place sooner.
The reason why both LYC and Moly have contract in place is because they are further ahead in the production time line than us.
