The low volumes can be interpreted in a number of ways but I see it this way.

New buyers are thin on the ground mostly because the general market is indecisive thanks to the woes of our friends on the DOW.

Sellers (thin as they are) are not prepared to compromise much further than they already have.

Basically we are in a wait-and-see time where most eyes are turned towards New York before deciding whether to go long or short on anything.

What will break the stasis for EXT will be an event of some kind. New drill results, the resource statement, maybe the awarding of the outstanding EPL application, or general good news like a rising U price.

Either that or a resurgent DOW to raise the enthusiasm of Aussie investors.
