One quick ans to one of the quest.

Pop back thru the timeline on the pressos etc and my interpretation of one of the issues around the phases (esp. If NXR didn't have cash at the time) was essentially a last right of refusal over I think it was a 3 mth window. NXR outlined that in one of the early ones from memory.

I wood expect that clause (without knowing full terms of contract) wood envelope the possibility u outlined re MOU or similar b4 51% hit. In other words, NXR wood still have first bite if the cherry to take the 51%.

Any diff thoughts welcome.
