    How about we go the other way and say why aren't we at 13.5c (52 week high) aren't we in a better position than one year ago? Let us start dreaming for now and only worry if finance does not get signed off. This Ann today might of been a entree with the main meal served tmw these guys might come one out with an early Ann this week.
