In the next six months I guess I am mainly thinking of what that $20m LOI could turn into. We all know that there is $7bn of funding in place for Roy Hill, and NWH with a proven record will be well placed to deliver there, along with BHH RIO and FMG opportunities etc. A 5c div is worth 7c to me after tax as well. Yep, there could be some bumpy macro things happening, but there is also a risk to not being invested. NWH with low debt and good opportunities I expect to be at $2 or beyond in The next 3-6 months.
