Specs...yes...emerging value adds...no.
The difference now is the fluff and bubble is not attracting the same dollars it was...even the better plays are not...but there will always be money for quality assets under quality management.
We are going through one great big sh.it filter at the moment...and they are full to the brim.
The upside here for us is that the good ones stand out like the proverbials...they are the ones bucking the trends on many bad days, or typically still holding their recent gains.
Some are even making new highs.
New times require different thinking.
