Thanks for that lead on Unilife.
They announced that they's filed the Form 10 registration with the SEC on November 17th 2009 and announced receiving clearance from the SEC on Feb 12th 2010.
Effectively it took almost 3 months to process, bearing in mind the Xmas/New Year holidays fell in that period. The other thing to remember was that Washington experienced a severe snowstorm during that time, shutting down all government agencies for about 1 week.
PRR announced filing their Form 10 on the 14th February 2012. I'll take a stab and guess the SEC will take 6-8 weeks to process this, and that clock started just over 3 weeks ago.
Anything earlier will be a nice surprise to me.
