I've been down to many rabbit holes in my life to be certain about anything but I think it's a subsidiary of Mayur Resources were after.Apart from the timing of the trading halt then suspension from trading of MYR and HIG which were exact, Mayur in their release to ASX re the trading halt state:-SEEKS TRADING HALT PENDING ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING PROJECT INVESTMENT IN A SUBSIDIARY OF COMPANY. Sounds a lot like a "control transaction " to me.J
