    Have seen the ratios flip often before news with this stock , it has always been pretty volatile on that front and a fraction leaky . This 1-10 is interesting though . Hopefully this is a final dip for cheapies before a much required update to any panicked SH and not the possible controlled dumping alluded to previous .
