No one has put a word in about Japan with its re-building required!
1) the Tsunami of last year...the place is still a mess 2) Japans infrastructure is in tatters because of the age and maintanance neglect over the last 40 years 3) India is in turmoil with the country not being able to provide basic infrastructure 4) China has declared a urban building expansion...they are using surplus monies, not like the rest of the world with debt. 5) China will still get resources from us. The AUD and or interest rates will drop. 6) Oakjee is back on the table about construction. 7) The IO price might drop later......can any of you control it?
just wait for the Quarterly....these gyrations are peeing me off too.
