Your figures are based on spot price so in theory if the price drops to 100 we will be getting 120 for the premium stuff so if it drops to 120 we will be getting 144 which is close to 09 EPS which should still see this SP higher than 30 cents. maybe not a $1 but should still be close to double this depending on the mulitples you apply.
So even based on expert assumptions that we are looking at 120 per ton or 144 at the premium this is still a viable operation or am I missing something?
